Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the experiences of age-specific female breast cancer survivors, following the completion of breast cancer treatment and to elucidate their preferences for a Survival Care Plan (SCP). Themes of sexuality, spirituality, physical, psychosocial, and cognition became apparent for women 35-44 years of age post breast cancer treatment. These women expressed very strong inclination for detailed and user friendly Survivorship Care Plan and the inclusion of some specific follow-up services as part of the post treatment plan. They were of the stance that their condition following the end of treatment would be ameliorated to a great extent if they were provided with detailed SCP that is presented in an acceptable format and inclusive of some identified specific follow-up services.
